This month we will be learning a whole bunch of great culinary vocabulary which will help us in the future when we are cooking on our own and trying new things.
The tasty recipes we make this month will lend to us having a hands-on learning experience with these new words.
All new students will need a "Starter Kit" which is posted at the bottom of the registration page. The kit will be given to them the first day of class.
(If you are gifting this as a holiday gift and would like the apron and notebook early, please contact me for a time to get that to you)
