The new year is promising for us to start our advanced courses and we are hoping to give a little example of how that program is going to run so our Jr. Chefs have an opportunity to try it out in advance.
If your Jr Chef is 11 years -17 years and think they might be interested they can attend October 12th and 19th from 4:30-5:30 pm to run the drills.
If after these two classes they are still interested in joining our advanced class they would attend the November 2nd assessment. (The assessment is a separate registration)
The 2 day course is free because we want all jr chefs interested and in the right age range to give it a try. The assessment is separate because we know it’s ok to try something a few times before you are ready to commit to it!
