Our Jr Chefs have been invited to do a live demo at The Plant’s Harvest Festival
On Saturday we will make and practice the skills that go into making Chef Arlena’s favorite dressing. All students are encouraged to submit their own entry, but those attending this clinic should also be available to following day (exact time still in the works) to participate in a demonstration to an audience.
This event is not our usual activity, but if you have an outgoing “performer” of a jr chef this would be lots of fun and a unique opportunity.
Ages 8-16 years
Space is limited and everyone participating must be available for both days!
You will need a CCI apron for this event.

All registration forms must be completed and parents are responsible for all transportation needs.
