We will have a special guest instructor. Together with Chef Arlena Chef Greg has been studying pizza crust, dough and the art of an artisan home pizza. Chef Greg hails from CT. where the “New Haven” style pizza is king and he has a lot to share with our Jr Chefs!
Our teen cook nights are full of laughs friends and tasty foods we make ourselves!
We hang out in the kitchen and learn new things while creating delicious food!
This month we will be celebrating national cheese pizza day!
We will be learning about the different types of pizza crust, the origins of pizza and we will practice tossing pizza. We will make a yummy pizza each!
