We learn to have fun with foods, textures and new scents that will broaden our ideas and experiences with foods helping us to develop more adventurous eating habits.

Therapists recommend sensory play to help children become better eaters by reducing fear and building familiarity with new foods in a low-pressure environment. It desensitizes children to unfamiliar textures, smells, and colors, allowing them to explore without the pressure to eat. This approach builds confidence, strengthens oral motor skills, and makes mealtimes more positive.

We have great info for parents and a fun play place. Our small group size of one parent and one child creating a low stimulation of only 6 kids and six adults per group. Fostering better eating habits involves engaging children in the food and cooking process. with a curriculum written by Chef Arlena, a certified child and youth nutrition specialist with more than 17 years of experience working with kids and food. With input and direction from registered food therapists and parent review this program aims to cultivate healthier eating behaviors.

We share effective tips and ideas, and helpful advice is also provided. Children participate in sensory play and sometimes work together to create recipes. Together, we build a nurturing environment for healthy eating.
