Our Curriculum is a three Year Curriculum
About the Chef:
You can take classes from us for three years before you would ever repeat a recipe. The skill based lessons are the focus!
My training as a chef began before this brood was around, and with a specialty in catering, it became more difficult to continue in my chosen career the more of these cuties we had. Having four kids and a husband in the military, my culinary skills amounted to making dinner for the family, and birthday party fun. As my kids grew and I began teaching them to cook, other friends' kids would randomly show up in the kitchen and I was asked by others around me to teach their kids along with mine. This is where CCI began and I have been happy to share it with others so that it can enrich children and families every where. I graduated from The International Culinary School out of London in 1993, and since have done professional development courses at several different schools, most recently at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris France.
Now, I am a grandma and my husband is retired. I am still teaching kids everywhere with a goal of a brighter food future for us all! Educational required backgrounds checks, local and federal food-handlers licences, CPR / first aid and culinary certifications are always current and up-to date! While there are many locations teaching this amazing curriculum , I am the founder and author of the curriculum and I am excited to be serving in your area!
